Free Agency 17-18 PART 1
13 Seasons Long
The Minnesota Timberwolves are out of playoff contentions again for too long, and the closes we got is was the 2013-2014 season with the Kevin Love era in which we are in the 10th spot of the Western Conference (40W - 42L). In the last 13 seasons without Playoffs that would be out best season. Timberwolves Fans are hungry for their team to enter in the Playoffs with a New Logo and New Jerseys (Nike) it would be useless if the Wolves ended up being in another NBA lottery when the season ended.
Roster Problem
Right now I can say that our roster is not capable of being a playoff contender with having only this players as counted as reliable statistical wise.
1. Karl-Anthony Town (26 PER)
25 PPG, 12.3 RPG, 2.7 APG, 1.3 BPG
2. Andrew Wiggins (16.62 PER)
23.6 PPG, 4.0 RPG, 2.3 APG, 1.0 SPG
3. Ricky Rubio (16.87 PER)
11.1 PPG, 4.3 RPG, 9.1 APG, 1.7 SPG
4. Gorgui Dieng (14.19 PER)
10 PPG, 7.9 RPG, 1.9 APG, 1.2 BPG
5. Zach Lavine (14.69 PER)
18.9 PPG, 3.4 RPG, 3.0 APG
As you can see by the numbers Timberwolves are good but when you look at its defensive efficiency they ranked 27th in league as every time they score 105.6 points per game the opponent on the other hand scores around 106.7
Also I have not added the FG% of the team with Ricky Rubio having the worst (.402) FG% which is not good for a PG even open lay-ups are ended up being a pass to the other teammates, also with .306 3P% its hard to have a reliable player to make those threes (even the wide open ones). In which they need to take advantage of.

Part II will focus on having a roster in which is capable of winning games and having a good defense as well.
